Workshop: Welcoming Migrant Workers to Rural Communities in Canada

Serving migrant workers in rural communities comes with its own challenges and opportunities. In this workshop, experts from migrant workers serving organizations in rural Canada shared best practices, successes and opportunities. After the presentation, participants had an opportunity to brainstorm and expand on ways of welcoming and integrating migrant workers in rural communities.
