Migrant Worker support organizations have expressed a need for more information on supporting migrant workers facing workplace conflict. Many have mentioned that conflict may arise due to the varying cultural backgrounds of the workers. In this workshop, the speaker Dr. Moussa Magassa explored cultural awareness, how this impacts workplaces, and the way workers may engage with each other and their supervisors.
