Supporting Migrant Workers in BC: Building Resilience for the Future

The Migrant Worker Project Virtual Regional Meetings for the Northern, Interior, Metro Vancouver/Fraser Valley and Vancouver Island regions were held from October 2020 through January 2021. Each meeting included a diverse group of participants, including AMSSA’s member agencies and stakeholders who support migrant workers, including representatives from MOSAIC, SUCCESS – CANN, BC Settlement and Immigration Services, and Immigration and Refugee Citizenship Canada. The purpose of the meetings was to bring individuals who support migrant workers together to share information on regional priorities, gaps and best practices, and to connect with Provincial and Federal Government representatives who support migrant workers.
