Sexual harassment is a form of discrimination and is defined as any unwelcome comment or conduct of a sexual nature that may detrimentally affect the work environment or lead to adverse job-related consequences for the victim of the harassment. Sexual harassment can have a serious negative impact on victims. It also impacts others in the workplace who witness it and can negatively affect employee morale and productivity. Sexual harassment may take many forms including verbal, physical and psychological.
