On November 29, 2021, AMSSA’s Migrant Worker Hub held a webinar titled Conflict Resolution Strategies for Migrant Worker Support Organizations, with guest speaker and topic expert Camille Dumond from Dignity Facilitation. During the webinar, Camille Dumond presented on key terms and principles of conflict resolution, types of workplace conflict, conflict resolution strategies and recommended resources for further learning. All of the information presented during the webinar is reflected in this accompanying handout to be used as a learning tool for those working with and supporting migrant worker communities in Canada.
