Mental Health Care Tips and Resources to Support Migrant Workers

For migrant workers being away from their family and their community can cause mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. This could be exacerbated due the COVID-19 mandatory self-isolation upon arrival to Canada, fear of being exposed to the virus at work as well as getting sick in a foreign country.

It is important to find ways to better support them by providing strategies to take care of their mental health, especially during the pandemic.
