DESCRIPTION:Migrant workers can be vulnerable to unsafe work and workplace hazards\, including their health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. They often lack the knowledge\, language skills and ability to exercise their right to a safe and healthy workplace. DESCRIPTION:Sexual harassment is a form of discrimination and is defined as any unwelcome comment or conduct of a sexual nature that may detrimentally affect the work environment or lead to adverse job-related consequences for the victim of the harassment. Dans cet atelier\, nous allons explorer la sensibilisation culturelle\, son incidence sur les milieux de travail et la manière dont les travailleurs peuvent échanger entre eux et avec leurs superviseurs. Après la présentation\, nous discuterons en petits groupes de la façon dont cela se manifeste pour les différentes communautés de travailleurs migrants et rechercherons des solutions possibles.
