DESCRIPTION:Conflict in the workplace is a common occurrence. For migrant workers there are added factors such as language barriers\, cultural differences and power struggles impacting relationships among migrant workers and with their supervisors/employers. The pandemic has also heightened the situation. There are fewer social events and activities for relaxation due to COVID-19\, resulting in less outlets for workers to destress causing emotions to boil over. How conflicts are resolved has a huge impact on the worker and the culture of the workplace.
