SUMMARY:Workshop: WorkSafeBC's Claims Processes for Frontline Staff Supporting Migrant Workers
DESCRIPTION:Migrant workers can be vulnerable to unsafe work and workplace hazards\, including their health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. They often lack the knowledge\, language skills and ability to exercise their right to a safe and healthy workplace. DESCRIPTION:Sexual harassment is a form of discrimination and is defined as any unwelcome comment or conduct of a sexual nature that may detrimentally affect the work environment or lead to adverse job-related consequences for the victim of the harassment.
